Please check with your local extension service to ensure registration and proper use. Divanem is a Restricted Use Pesticide. Syngenta supports a FIFRA Section 2(ee) recommendation for Velista fungicide to control summer patch, brown ring patch, fairy ring, leaf and sheath spot on all turf types. Please see section 2(ee) recommendation to confirm that the recommendation is applicable in your state. The Section 2(ee) recommendation for Velista should be in possession of the user at the time of application. The trademarks or service marks displayed or otherwise used herein are the property of a Syngenta Group Company. A water carrier volume of 2.0 gallons per 1,000 ft² is recommended. Use a flat fan nozzle that provides thorough plant coverage. Water-in Banner Maxx application immediately after application . If target is Rhizoctonia zeae, Bermudagrass Decline or Fairy Ring, all fungicide applications should be followed by at least 0.1” irrigation. For all other applications, irrigation can be delayed until end of day. Spray programs may need to be modified if environmental conditions dictate. Advisory: Turf parasitic nematodes can be a serious pest of putting greens. If your greens are not responding to normal maintenance practices, it may be beneficial to send soil samples to a qualified lab for nematode analysis. To control nematodes, apply Divanem ® nematicide at 1.2 oz per 1000 sq. ft. for up to 4 applications. Apply with enough water and a soil wetting agent to move Divanem into root zone. See label for specific instructions. Footnotes: This Program contains 47 lbs of chlorothalonil per acre. The seasonal limit for chlorothalonil on greens is 73 lbs active ingredient per acre.
