Syngenta supports a FIFRA Section 2(ee) recommendation for Velista fungicide to control summer patch, brown ring patch, fairy ring, leaf and sheath spot on all turf types. Please see section 2(ee) recommendation to confirm that the recommendation is applicable in your state. The Section 2(ee) recommendation for Velista should be in possession of the user at the time of application. All other trademarks are the property of their respective third-party owners. For greens applications, a water carrier volume of 2.0 gallons per 1,000 ft² is recommended. Use a flat fan nozzle that provides thorough plant coverage. Applications targeted for Rhizoctonia zeae, Take-all/Decline, Fairy Ring or Pythium root rot should be watered-in after application with at least 0.1” of water. For all other applications, irrigation can be delayed until end of day. Note: The Program contains 4.5 lbs azoxystrobin per acre. The seasonal limit for azoxystrobin is 5.0 lbs active ingredient per acre This Program contains 35 lbs of chlorothalonil per acre. The seasonal limit for chlorothalonil on greens is 73 lbs active ingredient per acre. Advisory: Turf parasitic nematodes can be a serious pest of putting greens. If your greens are not responding to normal maintenance practices, it may be beneficial to send soil samples to a qualified lab for nematode analysis. To control nematodes, apply Divanem® nematicide at 1.2 oz per 1000 sq. ft. for up to 4 applications. Apply with enough water and a soil wetting agent to move Divanem into root zone. See label for specific instructions.
