L a trufa negra es una de las preciadas joyas de la corona gastronómica. Dicen que ya en el antiguo Egipto los faraones la consumían por sus propiedades afrodisíacas y le atribuían también la capacidad de mejorar el rendimiento sexual. Pero más allá de estos beneficios, la trufa negra es un producto elegante y sofisticado, de delicado sabor y exquisito perfume. La llaman “el diamante negro”, su precio ronda los 2000 dólares el kilo y puede alcanzar cifras más altas en las subastas.
