Mettera’s story begins with a simple belief: construction doesn’t have to follow the same playbook as traditional contractors. Mettera is not a typical construction company. Unlike firms that constantly chase jobs to keep their operations running, Mettera was built to be selective. By focusing on fewer projects at a time, we give each development the attention it deserves, ensuring higher quality, stronger oversight, and lasting value for the communities we serve. That focus comes from experience. Roger Lundsten, co-owner and lead Project Manager, has spent more than 40 years in construction and has guided over 250 projects from concept to completion. His career spans everything from residential townhomes to complex steel structures, giving him the insight to anticipate challenges and keep projects moving. Alongside him, Casey Thompson brings nearly two decades of construction experience, managing schedules, subcontractors, and the daily rhythm of the jobsite. Together, they ensure projects are delivered with the quality and accountability Mettera is known for.

Mettera is strengthened by Marvin and Michelle Wanders, co-owners of Mettera and Three Sixty Real Estate Solutions, LLC, by providing the integration of construction and long-term asset management. Marvin and his wife, Michelle, began their real estate careers managing tax credit housing, Marvin in maintenance and Michelle in property management, before advancing to oversee more than 1,000 units across rural LIHTC and Section 8 markets. Their experience in onboarding new assets, punch list management, and warranty oversight ensures Mettera delivers projects that meet the expectations of owners, investors, and residents.
