During the first general session, you’ll hear from speak- ers including Laurent Sellier, President and Chief Execu- tive Officer North America for Smurfit Westrock, who will deliver his outlook for manufacturing under President Trump and an engaging conversation about plant safety. Appointed CEO of Smurfit Kappa The Americas in 2022, Laurent joined the Company in 1994 as an Internal Auditor and since then has worked in several positions across Smurfit Kappa in France, the UK, Spain and the Netherlands. Previous to his current position, Laurent was COO of the Smurfit Kappa Europe Paper and Board Di- vision. Laurent graduated from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris in 1990 and served in the French Navy.
