Born and raised in Colonia, New Jersey, Frank Fedorczyk developed a deep- rooted connection to his community early on. In 2004, however, fate led him to sunny Fort Myers, Florida, just one month before Hurricane Charlie hit. Frank’s legal journey began at Dellutri Law Group in 2008, where he honed his skills and passion for the law. While pursuing his dream of becoming an attorney, he
experienced firsthand the resilience and determination required to weather life’s storms, both figurative and literal. Notably, Frank’s diverse experiences include graduating from the police academy in 2012, adding depth to his legal expertise and commitment to upholding the law. After earning his law degree in 2016, Frank embarked on a unique path, dedicating himself to public service with the federal government. During his tenure, he worked on critical initiatives such as COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL) and disaster loans for the U.S. Small Business Administration. Now, Frank is delighted to return to Dellutri Law Group, where he has the privilege of serving clients with the knowledge and experience he’s gained along the way. His aspirations include taking the bar exam in February 2024 to further strengthen his commitment to the practice of law. Outside the courtroom, Frank’s heart belongs to his beautiful family. He cherishes every moment spent with his wife Samantha and their two incredible children, his all-star Dominic and his little princess Mia. When he’s not advocating for his clients or enjoying family time, Frank participates in an array of hobbies. He coaches baseball, plays football and baseball, enjoys swimming and fishing, and hits the golf course; he embraces every opportunity for adventure. He’s also an ardent New York Jets fan, a music enthusiast, and an avid movie and series buff. Staying active and fit is a priority, whether solving a Rubik’s Cube in under three minutes or showcasing his football-throwing prowess with a 60-plus yard toss. His perfect day is simply waking up and sharing quality time with his son, fishing by the water’s edge. They return home to play in the yard and take a refreshing dip in the pool. The day ends with a cozy family movie night and delicious food. Frank is also known to lose track of time while immersing himself in music and exploring the endless depths of YouTube content. At the core of everything he does is a passion for connecting with people, serving his community, and advocating for justice. Frank looks forward to working with clients to address their legal needs and achieve the best possible outcome for their cases.
