Terms and Conditions: 1. A brand qualifies as a “plus one” when the minimum quantity of that brand is purchased between October 1, 2024 and December 6, 2024. For example, ACME Lawncare purchases the following products during the EOP Time Period: ● 1 – 30 Gallon Drum Dimension ($660.00/drum rebate) ● 100 – Bags of Crew ($4.00/bag rebate) ● 10 – 1 Gallon unit s of Eagle ($11.00/gal rebate) ● Total EOP Rebate = $1,404.00 ACME Lawncare is Locked into the following in-season rebates: ● 30 Gallon Dimension Drum - $660.00 ● Crew - $4.00 per bag ● Eagle - $11.00 per Gallon ACME made the following purchase in April 2024
Invoices must be uploaded or mailed with a postmark date no later than June 30, 2025: Corteva Agriscience Ultimate Rewards Headquarters P.O. Box 501820 Indianapolis, IN 46256 06. If your distributor is not reporting EDI, invoices, with invoice numbers (#s), are required to verify the purchase of all participating products. If invoices are not available, we can accept: bill of lading, packing list, and invoice summary reports with the Distributor’s letterhead, provided that they show: an invoice number (#), a clear product description, quantity purchased, date of purchase, name of purchaser, and the name and location of the selling organization. 07. Corteva Agriscience Program Administration will be responsible for completing final calculations. All decisions will be final. 08. To be eligible to receive a distributor credit(s), your earned total rebate amount must be at least $150.00 . 09. Rebates will be awarded based on purchases by end users/ applicators only. Purchases submitted by a re-seller of Corteva T&O products will not qualify for any rebate. 10. Corteva reserves the right to audit end user purchases and the use of Corteva products for compliance including program earnings, and all such earnings will be forfeited if program records are determined to be false. 11. Where permitted by law, Corteva may deduct from program payments any amount due by end user to Corteva or its affiliates including, but not limited to, past due amounts, late payments and penalties. 12. Corteva reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without notice. 13. All decisions made by Corteva with respect to program administration and implementation, including calculation of program payments, will be final and binding. 14. Taxes on earnings are the responsibility of the participant.

2. Purchases of Dimension on fertilizer will count towards your Corteva Ultimate Rewards Rebate. End-users must place an order for their Dimension on fertilizer for at least the minimum quantities listed by December 6, 2024 and take delivery prior to June 1, 2025 in order to qualify. Any additional Dimension o n fertilizer orders placed between December 7, 2024 and June 30, 2025 will count towards your total rebate. 3. Any rebates submitted and verified by February 1, 2025 will be paid by May 2025. Any rebates submitted by June 30, 2025 and verified by July 31, 2025 will be paid by September 30, 2025. 4. Qualifying products must be invoiced October 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025 EOP is October 1 - December 6, 2024 5. You must submit your Rebate Form online. You can upload your invoices, if required, or mail them along with a copy of your completed submission to the following address:
