Led by Eagles’ Wings founder and president Bishop Robert Stearns, the visiting delegation represents church networks reaching tens of millions of believers worldwide. Among the prominent faith leaders in attendance are Bishop Dr. David A. Sobrepeña of the Philippines, Rev. Ricardo Castillo Medina of Costa Rica, Rev.
