Abey Stephen – Sterilising Services Manager I began my career at Hurstville Private Hospital in 2013, progressing from Technician to Coordinator and Acting Manager. I later joined the Sterilising Services Department at Royal North Shore Hospital, where I advanced to Supervisor and Perfusion Equipment Reprocessing Coordinator and have also provided supervisory support at Ryde Hospital. I have acted as Educator at both RNSH and Ryde, supporting staff training, endoscope reprocessing and the implementation of AS5369, with a strong focus on patient safety and high standards in sterilisation services. Since 2013, I have also been an active member of the Sterilisation Advisory Council of Australia (SRACA).
