L’Épicerie is One Madison’s sophisticated, tenant-exclusive retreat. A cascading stair leads down to an open lounge that sits at the center point between Park Avenue and Madison Square Park. The 7,000-square-foot space offers a variety of seating arrangements, creating a relaxing atmosphere for meetings with fellow colleagues in an informal setting, or a retreat from the office, giving you the space to recharge. The lounge offers a space to get to know your coworkers and introduces you to neighboring tenants. The space also features premier food and beverage options prepared by Chef Daniel Boulud. The flexibly designed amenity space can also be rearranged after business hours for entertainment purposes.

Le Jardin sur Madison is a unique rooftop amenity experience accessible by day for tenants, located on the 28th floor. The 6,000-square-foot interior lounge is divided into four main zones, each featuring various seating areas, making it the perfect place for working, dining, relaxation, and conversation. Tenants can enjoy the expansive floor plan and ambient music with an epicurean experience provided by Chef Daniel Boulud and the Dinex team. A seamless indoor-outdoor connection transports guests to the 5,000-square-foot outdoor terrace with spectacular city views overlooking the city, Madison Square Park, and MetLife’s upper floors. The space is available exclusively for One Madison tenants Monday through Thursday evenings and is open to the public for private events on Friday through Sunday evenings. ONE MADISON ARTWORK
The fusion of art and architecture at One Madison creates captivating and awe-inspiring spaces. Our team procured pieces and incorporated design elements that enhance the occupancy experience and play a vital role in shaping the building’s identity.
Leo Villareal is an American artist best known for his installations employing LED lights and computer technology. For his first series of NFTs titled Cosmic Reef, the individual works begin with a simple geometry that becomes more intricate through composed dynamic layers that play out in a combination of human control and computational chance. Forms evolve into complex constellations, emulating the architecture of the natural world. Oscar Murillo is a Colombian born, London raised, nomadically based artist whose multifaceted and inventive practice frequently employs a social dimension and probes the questions of collectivity and shared culture. He is also well known for his large-scale paintings like manifestation, 2023 commissioned for the lobby of One Madison. Using a variety of techniques and materials, the immersive paintings are full of expressive and energetic mark making. Thomas Lisle is a British artist who works in 3D animation, painting, digital art, and installations. These two pieces are part of a rotating collection of digital artwork that transforms Le Jardin sur Madison every three months. The artwork is meticulously crafted using digital brushes and paint simulation. With a lifelong passion for both physical and digital mediums, Lisle’s work pushes the boundaries of painting, blending tradition with innovation.

Once you are registered as a tenant using a verified corporate e-mail address, download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store and follow the instructions to authenticate your device. When you arrive at One Madison, simply approach the lobby turnstile, hover your device over the reader and our state-of- the-art Bluetooth-enabled technology will recognize your mobile credential and grant you access.

Open the One Madison App and follow the instructions to create a new account using your company e-mail and office floor number.

The app uses the same Bluetooth technology at our lobby elevator ports and turnstiles to dispatch an elevator, which will bring you to your predetermined floor. We integrated this feature with the Schindler elevator destination dispatch system, so all you need to do is look at the turnstile display or elevator port to identify your bank and car number.

Click “Issue Now!” to generate your mobile credential and enjoy the app features at One Madison!
Select users can use the app to register guests. Invited guests will receive an e-mail containing a QR code that can be scanned directly at the turnstile. When your guest scans their code, the elevator will automatically be called to the lobby and the turnstile will display the elevator bank your guest should proceed to. The elevator will be programmed to land on your reception floor.
