2025 Required City Compliance Training The City of Dublin is committed to ethical conduct and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies. The Human Resource training program supports our City’s values and guiding principles and helps us meet our regulatory obligations. • All required training modules are accessible through Cornerstone using single sign-on. • Administrative Order training modules require review and acknowledgment.

• Fire Prevention Policy Review (15 minutes) • Ohio Ethics curriculum (60 minutes) • Ethics A.O. 1.8 Review (15 minutes) • Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Curriculum (15 minutes) • Sexual Harassment-Free Workplace A.O. 2.2 Review (15 minutes) • Technology Use Policy A.O. 9.2 Review (15 minutes)

Total Training Time: 2 hours and 15 minutes Launch date: January 8, 2025

2025 Required City Management Compliance Training (Directors and Mangers)

• Management Sexual Harassment Prevention (15 minutes) • Sexual Harassment-Free Workplace A.O. 2.3 Review (15 minutes)

Total Training Time: 30 minutes Launch date: January 8, 2025
