OVERVIEW
Dr. Arpit Sharma graduated from the PhD program in Business Administration in Summer 2022. His dissertation focuses on the influence of new and innovative technologies on primary care health outcomes such as patient satisfaction, continuity of care, and patient efforts. Its unique contribution is in using Bandura's Social Cognitive Theory to highlight how collective efficacy mediates the relationship between technology use and health behavior.
