P ennsauken , NJ Puratos Corporation holds ribbon cutting of its newHQ and innovation center in Pennsauken Pennsauken celebrates the opening of Haddon Point Apartments
ENNSAUKEN, NJ — Haddon Point Apartments Opens – November 2018 Pennsauken Township of- ficials joined Delco Devel- opment, LLC in a celebra- tion of the grand opening of Haddon Point Apartments, the development project at the site that once housed the well-known Pennsauken Mart. As part of Phase I of the Haddon Point project, five buildings, holding a total of 120 high-end apartments, as well as a luxury clubhouse, P
have been completed. Build- ing and apartment amenities include access controlled entrances; premium oak cabinets and vanities; open concept kitchens with gas cooking; quartz countertops in kitchen and baths; Energy Star stainless steel appli- ances; smarthome thermo- stats; private balconies and patios; and full-size washers and dryers. Residents also enjoy benefits such as free community-wide WiFi; 24- hour modern fitness center and yoga room; community lounge; game room with billiards, shuffleboard and darts; patio with grilling area and fire pits; resort-style pool and sun deck; convenient package concierge; trash valet services; pet-friendly atmosphere, among others. An additional 120 units are currently under construction on the 35-acre parcel. Phase II of the project is slated to begin this spring and will consist of townhomes by Ryan Homes. Puratos Ribbon Cutting – August 2018 Puratos Corporation cel- ebrated the opening of its new U.S. headquarters and innovation center in Pennsauken. Mayor Jack Killion , the Township’s Eco- nomic Development Team, and representatives from the Pennsauken School District were on hand for the special ceremony that showcased the company’s $10 million, 23,700 s/f facility. According to Puratos offi- cials, the new headquarters is designed to bring the com- pany’s management, sales, marketing and technical teams closer together in a collaborative environment. The company’s state-of-the- art innovation center allows Puratos’ customers to design and create new products for customers. The facility also offers dedicated workspaces for bakery, sweet goods, patisserie and chocolate; renovated research and de- velopment labs; customer meeting rooms with video conferencing services; and more. Pennsauken Economic Development teamworks closely with business ven- tures ranging from the re- locationmentioned above to the entrepreneur with a business start up.
