The first question which the priest and the Levite asked was: “If I stop to help this man, what will happen to me?” But the good Samaritan reversed the question: “If I do not stop to help this man, what will happen to him?” —Martin Luther King, Jr. T he Chapter Advisors’ Training Cluster consists of noblemen from the twelve (12) provinces of Kappa Alpha Psi and are recommended for national chairmanship by their Province Polemarchs. These leaders are responsible for overseeing, training, and certifying alumni chapter members who are also appointed by the Province Polemarchs to serve as un- dergraduate chapter advisors. Equally, the Chapter Advisors’ Training Cluster serves as the liaison between under- graduate chapter advisors, the Grand Chapter, Provinces, Alumni Chapters, and the colleges/universities of which more than three-hundred undergraduate

chapters are located.

Fortunately, these brothers meet these requirements and are always willing to give of their time, talent, and money in representing the provinces and Kappa Alpha Psi. The members of the Chapter Advisors Training Cluster are men of integrity, having numerous outstanding qualities and skills which make them excellent province chairmen. Principally among their qualities are their unusual strength in organizing groups of young men to be passionate about learning; their willing- ness to do more than is required; their abilities to perform exceedingly well in handling the logistics of activities; and their abilities to work well with a variety of individuals from different socioeco- nomic backgrounds and family struc-
