Corporation (GE). Dressed sharply in business attire, brothers were provided expert instruction on developing their personal leadership brands from GE’s Sophia Marshall, lessons of which were parlayed over to the GE Kappa panel that immediately followed. The panel included fraternity members with vari- ous roles and rank at GE recounting their journey into the company, many of which were first introduced to GE dur- ing their time as ULI participants. For example, brothers Kristerpher Smith, George Williams, and Timothy Webb, each of whom also serve on the ULI leadership team, have all been working with General Electric in various capaci-

Next, Brothers heard from GE Senior Executive of Human Resources for GE Aviation, Brother Robert Jones, about his personal leadership journey through the private sector. Brother Jones stressed the importance of one’s legacy and the role of personal and professional leader- ship in achieving one’s goals. Later, brothers were provided an opportunity to participate in a resume writing work- shop to prepare their credentials for the week’s remaining corporate partners. In addition, Brother Kristerpher Smith returned to facilitate a timely workshop on financial management and financial literacy, helping prepare participants

for navigating personal finance upon graduation. The group took on questions about their individual successes and failures as leaders, being sure to mention the role of Kappa Alpha Psi’s leadership programs and fraternity fellowship in preparing for careers in corporate America. Tuesday’s curriculum shifted to focus on the theme of “Community,” join- ing Atlanta’s Agape Family Center to provide a collective effort of nearly 500
