The Human Resources Department at CENTURY 21 Affiliated plays a critical role in supporting the company’s growing team of W‑2 employees through comprehensive services and employee-focused programs. In 2024, the department successfully hired and onboarded 28 new team members, achieving an impressive 4.51-star satisfaction rating from staff on the onboarding process. While navigating a 14.71% staff turnover rate in 2024, the HR team continued to provide essential support, including benefit administration, ADA accommodations, compensation and classification analysis, employee job counseling, and onboarding. They also manage payroll, performance reviews, leaves of absence, recruiting, separations, and employment law guidance, ensuring a seamless experience for both employees and leadership. Additionally, HR oversees key systems and benefits such as Paycom online payroll, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for mental health and work-life support, and Fidelity 401(k) plans, underscoring their commitment to employee well-being and organizational success.
