The Chamber believes strong relationships lead to stronger advocacy. By bringing state leaders directly into our community, the Southern Oregon Showcase helps ensure Southern Oregon's voice is heard and our priorities remain part of the statewide conversation. As the Chamber continues its mission of advocating for business and strengthening our regional economy, the Southern Oregon Showcase remains one of the organization's most impactful opportunities to connect local success stories with state decision-makers.
This year, The Chamber of Medford & Jackson County proudly hosted the Southern Oregon Showcase, a unique opportunity to introduce state legislators to the people, businesses, and organizations that make the Rogue Valley one of Oregon's most vibrant and innovative regions.

The multi-day experience gives lawmakers an up-close look at the industries that drive our economy while providing meaningful conversations with local business and community leaders. By experiencing Southern Oregon firsthand, legislators gain valuable insight into the opportunities, challenges, and priorities that shape our region.
This year's Showcase featured visits to several cornerstone organizations, including Harry & David, NIC Industries, Rogue X, Rogue Community College, the Holly Theatre, and the Children's Museum of Southern Oregon. Each stop highlighted the remarkable work taking place across the Rogue Valley and demonstrated the positive impact these organizations have on our economy, workforce, families, and quality of life. Beyond touring facilities, the Southern Oregon Showcase created lasting relationships between elected officials and the communities they serve. Seeing local projects, meeting the people behind them, and hearing their stories helps provide important context for future conversations and policy decisions in Salem.
