ASSOCIATE IN APPLIED SCIENCE DEGREE RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGY (RADTC.AAS)
This program is designed to prepare students to function as radiologic technologists. A separate application for admission to the Radiologic Technology Program must be submitted by established deadlines. Acceptance into the program is based upon grade-point averages, interviews, transcripts and other evidence of potential for success in the program. Application packages can be requested from program faculty or be downloaded from the Radiologic Technology webpage. Information about program effectiveness is also available on the program webpage or at www.jrcert.org, the program’s accrediting agency. Upon satisfactory completion of the course requirements, the student will receive the AAS Degree and is eligible to apply for the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists’ exam. Students must complete the course of study with a 2.0 GPA. NOTE: This program requires specific course sequencing. Successful completion of previous semester program specific courses is required for continued enrollment in the program.
