Programs for and by First Nations
First Nations Executive Education (FNEE) offers programs specifically designed to address the realities of Indigenous leaders. These university-level short programs are offered directly in First Nations communities, online or on campus in Montreal. Co-developed and co-delivered by HEC Montréal faculty and First Nations instructors, these programs aim to strengthen leadership skills, support self- determination and foster long-term prosperity.
The six programs available through FNEE feature a unique approach that combines traditional Indigenous knowledge with leading management practices:
