Happy New Year!
Welcome back, we hope you had a wonderful festive period and wish you all a Happy New year! We look forward to 2023 and a successful year ahead. To be successful, we must deliver against our 2023 business objectives operationally and financially, whilst engaging with our customers, suppliers and employees by: 1. Delivering on our Customer Promise across all business areas and mitigate any challenges within our control caused by Royal Mail strikes 2. Continuing to develop cross-sell initiatives across all business areas 3. Enhancing and delivering against our ESG and EDI agendas 4. Embracing employees feedback through our MySay survey and develop key improvement initiatives As a reminder, our business strategy remains unchanged. We will continue to focus on the eCommerce sector and growing our market position in all of our business areas. We will continue to visit sites throughout the year where we will share updates with you from across the business.

Have Your Say with MySay in 2023!
On Monday 16 th January, you will be invited to complete the MySay survey. MySay is our annual employee engagement survey giving you the opportunity to have your say on how you feel things have changed against last year, what we have done well, what not so well and where we could do better.

Ahead of the 2023 survey going live, the last of the 2022 MySay focus groups are taking place this month. In this final focus group we will be providing an update on all of your feedback received throughout 2022. Search ‘MySay Focus Group Update’ on Marvin to keep up to date.

From 1 st January 2023 , all paper copy payslips have now ceased and the only way to view your online pay slips is via MyView. If you need help accessing MyView, please email myviewadministrator@whistl.co.uk
November 2022 was Men’s Health Month, and the Wellbeing team encouraged staff to get involved by ‘Growing a MO’ or by ‘Getting MO -ving, for the chance to win a luxury hamper.
The winners have now been drawn, and a massive congratulations to Jamie Brown (Bolton), who grew the Best MO…
