Have Your Say with MySay in 2023!

On Monday 16 th January, you will be invited to complete the MySay survey. MySay is our annual employee engagement survey giving you the opportunity to have your say on how you feel things have changed against last year, what we have done well, what not so well and where we could do better.

Ahead of the 2023 survey going live, the last of the 2022 MySay focus groups are taking place this month. In this final focus group we will be providing an update on all of your feedback received throughout 2022. Search ‘MySay Focus Group Update’ on Marvin to keep up to date.

From 1 st January 2023 , all paper copy payslips have now ceased and the only way to view your online pay slips is via MyView. If you need help accessing MyView, please email myviewadministrator@whistl.co.uk

November 2022 was Men’s Health Month, and the Wellbeing team encouraged staff to get involved by ‘Growing a MO’ or by ‘Getting MO -ving, for the chance to win a luxury hamper.
