The Advanced Flexo Best Practices Seminar will be held at APR’s Glendale Heights Technology Center,April 23-25.The seminar is open to all industry converters and suppliers. APR’s Advanced Flexo Best Practices Seminar will reportedly show label and flexible packaging con- verters how to drive and fine tune production effi- ciencies and increase print quality and job-to-job repeatability levels.Attendees will learn how running to standards like G7 and enforcing process control procedures enables flexographic converters to have more success with 4-color and 7-color process print- ing across their application ranges. Seminar sessions include design and prepress con- versions, press fingerprinting and characterizations, and process control from prepress into the press- room. Each day will feature live demonstrations, walking attendees through characterization and fin- gerprinting, and process control. Attendees will also learn how measurements are utilized for image opti- mization, proofing and color management.
