The City Council serves as legislative and policymaking body of the City, approves the annual City budget and sets the property tax rate; appoints board and commission members, and adopts ordinances and resolutions. The City Secretary posts public meeting notices, attends and records all City Council Meetings, and administers elections. RECORDS MANAGEMENT Program 101-001-011 Administers the State-mandated Records Management Program; and, Provides assistance to the City Secretary and City Council.
