Maintains utility billing records and accounts; Reads and maintains customer meters; and, Bills and collects payments from utility customers. UTILITY FIELD OPERATIONS Program 502-025-027 Maintains and repairs water distribution and wastewater systems; and, Maintains two pump stations, three (3) ground and three (3) elevated water storage facilities. WATER METER REPLACEMENT FUND Fund 503 Funds the replacements and upgrades of water meters throughout the City. WATER/SEWER EQUIP REPLACE FUND Fund 504 Funds the replacements and upgrades of water and sewer equipment throughout the City.
