THE EDENDERRY BRANCH OFFERS GREAT SERVICE ALLIED TO NEW’S MASSIVE STOCK PROFILE AND BESPOKE ORDERS FOR LOCAL CUSTOMERS… NEW in the Midlands

S ince its opening last May, NEW’s Edenderry branch has become an oasis for contractors and the general public in the Midlands. “We are in a prime location and the feedback has been great,” says branch manager Colm Kearny. “Contractors keep telling us they used to drive a lot further to get supplies.” And there is no shortage of those. With a massive stock profile and the buying power that set NEW apart from the other wholesalers, the branch also features products from local suppliers to meet the demands of clients in the area.

The shop also offers what Colm calls “specials”. When the client is looking for a product that is not stored by the branch, the team will source it with local electrical suppliers and deliver it at the scheduled time. The shop offers same- day or next-day delivery, always free of charge. “Our key focus is on customer service and satisfaction,” the branch manager says. Colm has been with the company for 22 years.
