niture , lo- cated at 4705 Carlisle Pike in Mechan- icsburg, has been sold to Raymour & Flanigan Furniture. After more

than 100 years in business, N.B. Liebman announced its closing earlier this year, as the owner was retiring. Since opening their first location 75 years ago in down- town Syracuse, NY, Raymour & Flanigan has grown their retail locations throughout the Northeast. The acquisition of the 132,000 s/f retail location on the Carlisle Pike adds an additional store to their exist- ing 130+ locations. Nik Sgagias , of NAI CIR , represented the seller in this transaction. NAI CIR announced the fol- lowing transactions in Central Pennsylvania: The 53,680 s/f State Street Plaza located at 829 State St. in Lemoyne has been sold. Located adjacent to the West Shore Farmer’s Market, the fully occupied plaza is com- prised of 23 units, including retail, flex, and office suites. Daniel J. Alderman and David Alderman , of NAI CIR, handled the transaction. Daniel J. Alderman also represented the seller of 10.5 acres located at 418 School- house Rd. in Duncannon. The land is adjacent to the Susquenita School District Campus along Route 11/15 and includes a two-story in- vestment property. The prop- erty was sold to Susquenita School District. A 17.45 AC event venue, located on Laurel Rock Lane in Mifflintown has been sold to Laurel Rock, LLC. Ryan Murray and Nik Sgagias , of NAI CIR, represented the seller and Mike Smith, of Jack Gaughen Network Services Hower and Associ- ates , represented the buyer. The historic Carson Coover House, a six unit luxury apart- ment building located at 223 Pine Street in Harrisburg has been sold to investors, 223 Pine LLC. The Vartan-owned property sold for $790,000 ($131,666 per unit) at a 6.75% cap rate. Nick Martin and
