Through Folklore & Fog: Myths and Legends of Norfolk Discover Norfolk County’s most enduring myths and legends, from buried treasure and witches to wandering spirits. Through artifacts, photographs, and archival records, this exhibit explores where folklore and history meet. Learn the stories of the buildings still standing, and of those we’ve lost to time. Location Dates Cost Port Dover Harbour Museum June 15 to January 15 Donation Forged: Norfolk’s Industrial Might Explore Norfolk County’s forgotten industrial past, where furnaces, factories, and farms helped power the growth of Upper Canada and produce some of Canada’s earliest industrial goods. Location Dates Cost Waterford Heritage & Agricultural Museum September 10 to January 31 Donation Voices of Labour: Stories from the Tobacco Gangs of Norfolk County This exhibit explores the history of tobacco farming in Norfolk County through the voices of the workers who came seeking opportunity. Their stories reveal how local labour, immigration, and farming experiences have shaped this important agricultural industry. Location Dates Cost Delhi Tobacco Museum September 26 to March 15 Donation Echoes from the Depths: The Wreck of the Atlantic In 1852, the Atlantic sank in Lake Erie, claiming 150–300 lives.
