2026-27 Fall Winter Recreation and Community Guide

PLAY MORE AT YOUR LIBRARY: In a world where it feels like every activity comes with a price tag, the Library is a community space where you can just... be. Our programs are free, accessible, fun, and designed to bring people together. Imagine kids learning with friends, teens creating in spaces made for them. Adults can conquer frustrating new tech, try a new craft, trace family roots, or laugh over games. You don't need a wallet to belong here. Find details on our our Programming Calendar at ncpl.ca under PLAY! FINE FREE Weeks! Clear your late fees during our Fine Free Weeks! Bring your Library Card and a non-perishable food or toiletry donation to any Branch, and we’ll waive your overdue fines. October 5–10 December 14–19
