TERMS AND CONDITIONS BIDDING: The Auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final. TERMS: Terms of sale are cash unless satisfactory credit arrangements have been made with Sale Management prior to sale. PURCHASER’S RISK: Each animal becomes the risk of the Buyer as soon as sold, but it shall be the obligation of the Seller to see that animals are fed and cared for free of charge to Buyer, until loaded for shipment or until the expiration of 48 hours after the sale, whichever occurs sooner. CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRY: A transferred certificate of registry will be furnished to the Buyer for each registered animal. HEALTH: All animals are eligible for interstate shipment, except as otherwise announced. Interstate health pa- pers will be furnished for each animal requiring tuberculosis and brucellosis tests in accordance with Federal Regulations. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Any changes from information of any kind in this catalog will be announced from the auction box and such announcements shall take precedence. BREEDING GUARANTEE: All animals are guaranteed by the seller as outlined in the Red Angus Association of America Code of Ethical Sale Practices and the Genetic Defect and Parentage Guarantee. LIABILITY: Neither owners, clerks, nor anyone connected with the sale assumes responsibility- legal or otherwise for damages of any kind. All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. SEMEN INTEREST: 1/2 semen interest will be retained on all Red-Land Cattle bulls. The buyer receives full possession and full salvage value. DELIVERY: We offer free deliver within 100 miles of Woodland Ag with a charge $3.00/mile beyond 100 miles.
CONTRACT: The above terms and conditions shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold.
