The only signature required will be the team Captain, as this waiver will include and cover his/her entire team during tournament fishing and tournament activities. This will eliminate that process of organizing/acquiring individual signatures for your entire team.

• All anglers fishing any portion of the Sunset Bay Walleye Shoot Out for a team must be on-file with tournament headquarters.
