DOMINIQUE CRENN Dominique Crenn is the co-owner and chef of Atelier Crenn in San Francisco. In 2018, she became the first female chef in the US to earn three Michelin Stars. Drawing inspiration from her personal journey, Crenn crafts menus that evolve with her narrative. Atelier Crenn celebrates California’s bounty, sourcing much produce from her Bleu Belle Farm in Sonoma. Crenn also owns Bar Crenn, a listening bar serving luxurious food and sustainable spirits, and Golden Poppy, her first Paris concept, opened in 2023. She champions innovation, sustainability, and equality through her restaurants and global culinary involvement.

GÉRARD BERTRAND Winemaker and entrepreneur Gérard Bertrand owns seventeen châteaux and estates in the south of France. He is a global authority in biodynamic viticulture and was named “Best Winemaker in the World” by The Drinks Business in 2023. Over the span of 37 years, he has transformed his family vineyard into a world-renowned independent group, symbolizing excellence. He is also the author of three books. The last one, Multidimensional Wine , will be released in February 2025 in English in the United States.
