Pierre Lemieux, accompanied by his wife, Audrey, gave a concession speech to his Conservative party supporters late Monday night at the G.A.B.s bistro in Rockland in which he thanked them for their support and also wished incumbent Liberal MP Francis Drouin success with his second mandate as Glengarry- Prescott-Russell’s representative. Drouin won more than 47.5 per cent of the vote in the riding compared to Lemieux’s 33.8 per cent.
