• Toronto, Canada (YYZ): Air Canada operates seasonal direct flights from Toronto to George Town, typically available from February through April.

How do I get to and from the airport?

Upon arrival, guests take a 10-15 minute taxi ride from Exuma International Airport (GGT) to the George Town Government Dock . From there, Baymahni’s complimentary water taxi transports guests directly to the resort every 30 minutes from 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM .

Is car rental necessary, or are taxis sufficient?

Taxis are readily available , and Baymahni’s water taxi is the easiest way to access the resort. However, if guests wish to explore Great Exuma’s attractions , renting a car is recommended. Please be aware that Baymahni is located on an island with no vehicles. If you rent a vehicle to explore the mainland; the vehicle would need to be parked in Georgetown, The Bahamas. Concierge services can arrange car rentals upon request.

Can I bring my own boat to Baymahni?

Baymahni’s dock can accommodate up to eight boats on the lagoon side. However, the size of the boat is limited to vessels with a length of 32 feet or less and a low draft during low tide. Please contact us at info@baymahni.com if you would like to access our dock for your stay.
