Register Office ceremonies in West Surrey
Guildford Harbour Hotel Due to the forthcoming closure of Guildford Register Office, from early September 2026 to March 2027, register office ceremonies for 2 to 18 guests will be hosted in a designated room (Suite 3) within the Guildford Harbour Hotel on Sundays and Mondays only. This venue provides a stylish and contemporary setting, ideal for more intimate ceremonies. It also offers the convenience of onsite hospitality if you wish to celebrate afterwards. modern and intimate setting, suitable for smaller ceremonies. Ground floor: The ceremony room and reception area are located on the ground floor. Hospitality: Couples and guests can take advantage of the hotel’s hospitality before or after the ceremony (charges apply). Vernon House, Farnham Autumn/Winter 2026 will see the refurbishment of the Culver Room at Vernon House, creating a beautiful new ceremony venue in the heart of Farnham. Rich in character and heritage, this traditional room will provide an elegant setting for weddings, civil marriages and partnerships, vow renewals and naming ceremonies. All proposed works to Vernon House, in keeping with its listed status, will be carried out in accordance with statutory requirements and the necessary consents. As the project is currently mid-renovation, photographs are not yet available. However, we are delighted to share that the interior designer behind the recently refurbished Oatlands Room at Weybridge Register Office will be leading the design of this exciting new space. Once complete, the Culver Room will offer a beautiful and accessible setting for intimate ceremonies, accommodating up to 18 guests in addition to the couple.

Capacity: Our Windsor option has the capacity for the couple and between 2 to 18 guests (including children and babies). Parking: The hotel offers guest paid parking onsite.
