Set amongst 85 acres of beautiful grounds in the Surrey North Downs, the historic buildings, elegant spaces and sweeping lawns create a stunning backdrop from the moment your guests arrive.
The Ship Hotel, Weybridge The Ship Hotel is licensed to hold civil marriage or partnership ceremonies for up to 120 guests and also provides an ideal reception venue for up to 200 guests. It is situated in the beautiful market town of Weybridge. The hotel has a contemporary feel whilst maintaining many of the original features from a building which dates back to the 17 th century. It has four banqueting suites of various sizes (Thames, Windsor, Hampton and Richmond). For ceremonies, the Thames suite can hold up to 120 guests, the Windsor suite up to 80 guests and the Hampton suite up to 40 guests. They can also accommodate small intimate receptions, seat up to 120 guests for a served wedding breakfast or host up to 200 guests for an evening buffet reception. The suites have tall ceilings, chandeliers and a glass- panelled wall that opens directly onto the delightful walled courtyard. Surrounded by some of England’s most attractive countryside, but still remaining close to London, the M25/M3/ M4/M40 and Heathrow Airport.
Their dedicated events team will be there to support you throughout, while in-house chefs create a bespoke menu for you and your guests to enjoy.
From intimate celebrations to larger occasions, they welcome civil ceremonies for 50–180 guests and seated receptions for 50–200 guests.
