Through the Pathways to Success program, students have a unique opportunity to develop face-to-face relationships with faculty, staff and peers by participating in programs that support their academic journey.

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Worldwide announces an exclusive new program for freshman students, designed to help with timely degree completion and opportunities to secure degree-specific employment. Through the Pathways to Success program, students have a unique opportunity to develop face-to-face relationships with faculty, staff and peers by participating in programs that support their academic journey.

About Pathways to Success Pathways to Success provides many networking and educational opportunities in academic and professional settings. The following activities will be tailored to meet individual student goals. Involvement in a community of learning Access to professional seminars and workshops On-site opportunities to work with faculty and staff mentoring teams Participation in industry networking events with alumni and community leaders Preferred registration for targeted sequences of courses Assistance in developing a professional portfolio that demonstrates accomplishments and experiences to potential employers Benefits Learn with a cohort of like-minded student peers Meet with local industry leaders to explore an internship or job opportunity within your field Build relationships with faculty and staff who are committed to your success Program requirements Once accepted into the program, participants are required to: Complete a minimum of seven degree-approved courses per calendar year Participate in monthly mentoring events at the local Worldwide Campus location Attend other planned Pathways to Success activities such as industry events, seminars, workshops and field trips. Application process Interested students need to complete an application to be considered for the program. To qualify for Pathways to Success, students must meet the following criteria: Completion of less than 30 degree-approved academic credits Located within 50 miles of a Worldwide Campus in Atlanta, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, San Diego or Seattle.

The inaugural Pathways to Success cohorts of 25-30 participants at each of the six locations will be notified of their selection by December 31, 2018. Year one of the program is set to launch in January 2019.
