We are pleased to welcome you to our 12th Annual Heim Cattle Company Production Sale and sincerely thank you for your continued support of our program. Our operation is built on a foundation of hard work, dedication, and a deep belief that strong relationships are the cornerstone of long- term success. We are grateful for the continued loyalty of our longtime customers, and we are equally excited to welcome new customers whose trust and involvement help strengthen and grow our program. We would not be where we are today without the support of our customers, friends, and partners. Our family and team have worked tirelessly to develop this year’s offering, and we are proud to present not only a strong set of herd-building bulls, but also a quality selection of commercial bred heifers and registered lots that we believe will make a powerful, lasting contribution to the future of your operation. Over the years, we have remained focused on identifying and developing genetics that work for our customers across the country. Every animal featured in this year’s sale has been carefully selected for genetic merit, structural integrity, and real-world performance. We take great pride in the care and management of each animal, ensuring they are properly developed, well maintained, and ready to go to work for you and your herd. Same as years past, we are giving away a yearling heifer that is genetically strong and will fit into any herd. All kids ages 6 to 17 are eligible to be placed in a drawing where they can win lot 112 Heifer. We feel supporting the next generation of farmers is the key to success in this industry.
Our breeding guarantee assures buyers that all cattle sold at Heim Cattle Company will have passed a fertility test and a breeding soundness exam by our veterinarian. All bulls that sell for over $5,500 will be guaranteed for 90 days from the date of the sale. All purchases of bulls can remain on the farm until April 15th free of charge. After April 15th there will be a $2.50/hd per day charge. We will offer a $150 credit for every purchase of registered bulls and registered females picked up within two weeks of the sale.
We offer free delivery to Minnesota and all surrounding states. For all lots purchased outside of Minnesota or surrounding states, we will work with you the best we can to have them delivered to a central location.

SUPPLEMENT SHEET A supplement sheet will be available with complete and up-to-date information on sale day and will be posted online at HeimCattleCo.com. GUARANTEE All bulls purchased are guaranteed against breeding injury for the first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as the 90-day period following the first turnout of the bulls. Please notify us as soon as possible when an injury occurs and prior to the injured bull being sold for salvage. Credit for the amount of purchase less the salvage value will be given in next year’s bull sale. VOLUME DISCOUNTS Starting at a 2% discount on 2 bulls purchased all the way to a 10% discount on 10 or more bulls purchased. WATCH AND BID ONLINE The sale will be broadcast live on DVAuction.
