GUARANTEE Bulls will have passed a breeding soundness exam prior to delivery. In addition to the standard Terms and Conditions of the American Simmental Association, we will provide the first breeding season (90 days immediately following turn out) guarantee on all bulls. This guarantee is not an insurance or mortality policy, but a guarantee on functional fertility. It is not a substitute for poor management. The buyer assumes all risks for injuries due to running bulls together and management decisions out of genetic control. We will not be responsible for the loss of any females not serviced. Please contact us as soon as a condition is observed and before the bull is sold. We will do our best to correct any problems that may occur. TERMS 1/3 semen interest retained in all bulls selling. Generally, this means nothing. All walking rights and salvage value belong to the buyer. Should semen be collected, revenue and expense would be split between parties. Should we desire to collect a bull for in-herd use, it will be at our expense and the buyer’s convenience. We reserve the right to 1 successful flush on each female with a minimum of 6 embryos and an open top done at buyer’s convenience and our expense.
