"Lew" is a beautiful horse who always catches your eye with his appearance, ability, and fun personality. He is everyone’s friend! We have enjoyed "Lew" as a dependable head horse. He is easy to ride and rope on, allowing headers to focus on their roping and the steer's handles. He naturally rates the steer, providing a consistent look every time. He will run to the hip or stay a coil back, depending on your style. He handles steers with ease, keeping the steer’s head up for a crisp, professional face that helps the heeler. He is no dead-head but is forgiving for a seasoned #4 roper. He always walks back to the box with no funny business. "Lew" is smooth to ride, suitable for trail rides, or work around the ranch if needed. He is the same consistent horse at town as he is at home. He is easy to handle— shoes, clips, and hauls quietly. 100% sound with no buck or vices. He has passed all veterinary & sales inspections, is sound, and is UTD (up-to-date) on worming, dental, and farrier care. We also invite and encourage you to come try "Lew" prior to the sale.
