Dill, Nuñez Assistant Professors: ................................................Kroeker, Mullis Mission & Learning Outcomes The Organizational Leadership major is an innovative undergradu- ate degree program for working adults who desire an accredited Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Courses focus on the develop- ment of skills in human relations and leadership. This is a preferred program for adults preparing for a wide range of management and leadership roles in profit and non-profit organizations. Degree Program A Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership is offered upon the completion of the university baccalaureate requirements and the Organizational Leadership major. They include the following:

A. Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 120 approved semester units for graduation.

B. Completion of the Organizational Leadership (39 units) major at Biola University. Twenty-four of these units must be upper division. Required courses include: 210, 310, 330, 340, 350, 360, 370, 380, 410, 430, 440, 450 and 490. ORLD courses used to fulfill GE requirements are not applied toward the upper division unit requirement in the major. ORLD 340 and 450 must be taken at Biola University. C. Achievement of a cumulative ā€œCā€ average (2.00 GPA) or above on all work taken within the major and at Biola University.

D. Completion of the Biola University general education requirements.
