In 2017, he founded Soulidifly Productions, an integrative film, stage, and TV production company whose mission is to promote a more inclusive narrative in major media. BK is a principal in Winner’s Circle Ventures, a strategic investment company benefiting women and minorities. He has also held senior leadership, media, technology and policy development posts with Verizon, the U.S. Department of Commerce, AOL, Time Warner, and the National Urban League. BK serves on the boards of Norfolk State University, TowneBank, Aer Wireless, Virginians for Reconciliation, the Joan Trumpauer Mulholland Foundation, and the Library of Virginia Foundation. BK holds a Bachelor’s degree in urban affairs and planning with two years of computer engineering and architecture from Virginia Tech, a Master of Science degree from the New School’s Milano School of Management, a Professional Certificate in Policy Analysis from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a J.D. in intellectual property law from New York Law School. Lauren Frank is a Partner at Reiss Capital Management (RCM), a family office that invests across multiple asset classes including hedge funds, public equities, private equity, venture capital and real estate. Before joining RCM, Ms. Frank was Director of Strategic Planning at the WPP Group, a marketing and
founded the Art of Problem Solving Initiative (AoPSI), a nonprofit focused on bringing powerful resources to high-achieving students who have encountered barriers to success in mathematics. In addition to serving on the board of AoPSI since its inception, Sandor was a Trustee of the Cathedral School of St. John the Divine for nine years, serving both as Treasurer and as a member of the Executive Committee. Sandor graduated from Princeton University with academic honors with a BA in Physics and a certificate in Applied Mathematics. Jackie Stone is a partner at McGuireWoods with decades of experience advising clients on government relations as well as regulatory and immigration matters. She is the former chair of her firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee and is a former member of the Board of Partners. Jackie has more than 30 years of experience working on immigration and nationality matters. She works closely with the Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of State, the Department of Labor, and officials of U.S. Embassies and Consulates. Jackie has been recognized as a Virginia “Super Lawyer” and as one of Virginia's “Legal Elite” in government relations and immigration law by Virginia Business magazine. In 2018, Jackie was honored with the prestigious National Women in Law Award for Lifetime Achievement by Corporate Counsel and Inside Counsel , leading ALM publications.
