The challenges and rewards of the past years remind us of the many blessings we enjoy as livestock producers, especially now that we are reaping a positive revenue. We believe sustaining a positive return for our cattle will require a steady diligence in genetic quality. At Leland Red Angus and Koester Red Angus we are devoted to producing seedstock with genetic advantage so our
customers can enjoy a sustainable legacy. Through technology and cowboy logic we strive to achieve this, in spite of circumstances beyond our control like weather and politics. Selecting for the convenience traits is important to sustainable production like fertility, calving ease, foot and udder structure and disposition remain at the forefront. All the animals in our herds are DNA verified for the genetic traits available to confirm their value and we welcome visual appraisals anytime. These videos will be available a couple of weeks prior to the sale. Our cattle are all guaranteed breeders and bulls will have breeding soundness examinations prior to delivery. We offer free delivery on bulls to central points up to 500 miles and will make every effort to make it as convenient as possible.
