Independent Study in Christian Ministries Advance Studies in Children’s Ministries 2 In–depth analysis of issues related to leadership roles in children’s ministry. Topics to include integration with family ministries, event planning, staff supervision, training volunteers, budget management, scheduling, counseling, and parent relations, etc. Students are required to be serving in a children’s ministry location during the semester for a minimum of 10 hours per week.
