TTNT 751 - Exegesis of the Apocalypse Credits 2-3 A study based on the original text, with a focus on the seven churches and the literary genre of the book. Note(s): Elective. TTNT 814 - Seminar on the Cultural Setting of the New Testament Credits 3 An examination of such things as Jewish religious beliefs and customs, the political situation, urban life, folk belief, ethnic issues, language, Greco-Roman religious beliefs and customs, and other cultural phenomena that form the relevant background to various TTNT books.
