CEED 390 - Programming for Christian Ministries Focus on cultural exegesis, programming, and curriculum development for a Christian ministry setting (Church or parachurch). Age-specified focus (children, youth, adult) of programming will be discussed, including evangelism and discipleship models. Key focus of the course will include internship preparation. CEED 426 - Foundations for Counseling Ministry Investigation of foundations for pastoral counseling to individuals and families in ministry settings. Study of psychological theories and a vision for church community will be followed by the development of personal counseling skills for listening and compassion. When Offered: Spring semester. CEED 430 - Camp Leadership Study in the philosophy, objectives, leadership, program and administration of the Christian camp. Investigation into the trends of camping, both centralized and decentralized. Techniques in organizing and directing a camp program, including counselor training.
