Payment Information A student’s account must be current (no outstanding balance) prior to re-enrollment in subsequent sessions. Transcripts are withheld if a student has an outstanding obligation to the university or is in default on any government-based loan. In order to complete enrollment and attend classes, payment must be made by the session due date. Cost of tuition, room and board and special fees may be paid in one of the following ways: Plan 1 Payment of each session in full on or before the session due date. Plan 2 A 60% down payment on or before the session due date with the remaining balance paid in full by September 15 (Fall semester) and February 15 (Spring semester). Down payments include 60% of the balance of tuition, class fees, room, meals, parking permit and health insurance charges less authorized financial aid. No finance charges are assessed if balance is paid in full by the due dates. Plan 3 A 60% down payment as described in Plan 2 (above) with the remaining balance paid in three installments (Sept-Nov or Feb-Apr). A finance charge of 17.46% APR (1.35% monthly) will be assessed on the amount financed and on late payments. All payments are due by 4:00 p.m. on the 15th of each month. Please note that
