delivery terms What to do in the event of transport damage Delivery time: When delivered from our warehouse stock, the devices will reach the recipient within 3 to 4 working days. We always keep an extensive stock of frequently requested standard appliances such as refrigerators, freezers, chest freezers, ice cream freezers and bottle coolers. Delivery terms: Our deliveries are made free kerbside, carriage paid for the recipient within the above-mentioned time frame. You also have the option of taking advantage of additional services: fixed delivery times (day or time), express shipments with guaranteed delivery within 24 hours, or delivery free to the place of use with transport of the device, unpacking and return of packaging. Please enquire about our offer. Upon request, the recipient will be notified of the delivery by telephone. In this case, the delivery time will be extended by at least one day. Transport the device in an upright position! Our devices must not be transported in a horizontal position. Please bear this in mind if you are transporting the device yourself. Wait at least one hour after installation before connecting the device to the power supply. If the device had to be tilted significantly during installation, the waiting time is at least 3 hours. Receipt of goods/clean receipt/transport damage: Receipt of the goods must always be confirmed to the carrier in writing. Please ensure that the device is in perfect condition before signing. Subsequent complaints in the case of a "clean receipt" will not be accepted by the carriers under any circumstances. If the device shows signs of damage during transport, you may refuse to accept delivery. If you still wish to accept the device, you must note the damage on the delivery note or consignment note and have it countersigned by the driver. Then report this immediately to the Celsior office staff at . Hidden transport damage: Damage that is not visible from the outside must also be reported immediately. Therefore, please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Damage must be reported in writing to Celsior immediately, at the latest within 3 days.
