Any announcement from the auction block takes precedent over printed material. The Auctioneer will settle any bid disputes. All persons attending the sale do so at their own risk, Sleepy Hollow Farm assumes no liability for accidents, damage, or property loss that may occur. Settlement at conclusion of the sale. Any purchases order-bought or via online we ask to be reconciled within 10 days. Each animal is at the buyer’s risk immediately after it is sold. For a “money-back” refund, we strongly recommend purchasing insurance. Selling full possession and 1/4 semen interest in all bulls. Any semen collection ideally will be done prior to breeding season delivery or at the buyer’s future convenience. EPDs current at the time of catalog printing. Updated data available sale day. As a service to our customers we will keep the bulls at no charge until May 1st. Delivery will be arranged as best suits both parties in the month of May. Feed and yardage beyond the normal delivery period will be $5/day. Free delivery to any state bordering South Dakota, shared cost beyond that point.
