BULL DELIVERY • Free delivery to a point agreed upon by buyer and seller will be provided on bulls selling for over $5000 • Buyers that take their bulls home on sale day will receive a $100/head discount. Delivery will be arranged on all other bulls by no later than the second week of April. Bulls may be kept after 4/15/25 at a cost of $3.00/head/day. VOLUME DISCOUNT • Buyers of 3 or more bulls will be eligible for a volume discount. This discount will be applied as follows: 3 bulls will receive a 3% discount, 4 bulls will receive a 4% discount, up to a maximum discount of 10% on 10 or more bulls. TERMS AND CONDITIONS • Cattle will sell under the Suggested Sale Terms and Conditions of the American Angus Association (www.angus.org/pub/sug - gested_sale_terms.pdf). Seller will retain 1/3 semen interest on all bulls unless otherwise noted. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION • A supplement sheet will be available on sale day with complete and up to date information. Announcements from the sale block take precedence over sale book information. HERD HEALTH • All bulls will be required to pass a breeding soundness examination and fertility evaluation prior to delivery. We have a com - plete vaccination program, and a veterinarian from Moon Creek Vet Clinic will be available sale day to answer any questions. All required interstate health papers will be provided. BULL GUARANTEE • All bulls selling for $5000 or more are guaranteed against infertility and breeding injury for the first breeding season. Breeding sea - son is defined as the 90-day period following the first turnout of bulls. If a replacement bull is available, he will be provided, or if the buyer prefers, credit towards one bull will be given in the following year’s sale, less the salvage value of the injured bull. All breeding injuries must be diagnosed by a veterinarian. Please notify us as soon as possible and prior to the bull being sold for salvage. LIVESTOCK MORTALITY INSURANCE
• Insurance will be available on sale day through Martin-Trudeau Insurance, (605) 996-3106. It is recommended that buyers insure their investment. Buyer assumes the risk of death or injury to their livestock outside of what is specified in our breeding guarantee above. FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS • A complimentary beef lunch will be available sale day. ONLINE BIDDING • The sale will be broadcast live on DVAuction. Videos will be posted two weeks prior to the sale.
