MORNING COFFEE & PASTRIES Complimentary coffee and pastries are available for SWVS registrants from 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM in the Fountain View 2nd Floor Meeting Room Level Friday, Saturday and Sunday. FRIDAY & SATURDAY LUNCH Complimentary Italian and Mexican lunch will be provided Friday and Saturday to all registered professional attendees in the Exhibit Hall from 12:20 PM - 2:00 PM . LUNCH DURING EXHIBITOR LUNCH & LEARNS Complimentary lunch will be provided during the Lunch & Learn Sessions on Friday and Saturday . EXHIBIT HALL “20TH ANNIVERSARY” WELCOME RECEPTION Join us for a drink and entertainment as we kick-off the first day of SWVS 2023 inside the Exhibit Hall. (A complimentary drink is included in your professional registration fees) This is a great way to start your SWVS experience and get a taste of Southern Hospitality all while mingling with Exhibitors. Thursday, September 21st: 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM, Exhibit Hall . EXHIBIT HALL SIP-N-SHOP Visit with exhibitors and peers while enjoying a cold beverage on Friday, from 3:50 PM - 5:00 PM, inside the Exhibit Hall (A complimentary drink is included in the professional registration fees) Come join the fun! FOOD FOR PURCHASE The El Puente Café is located in the West Lobby bridge overlooking the River Walk. It also offers coffee, snacks and meals. Enjoy your snack as you look out onto the River Walk through the floor to ceiling windows. DAILY REFRESHMENT BREAKS Don’t miss the daily refreshment breaks that will take place at SWVS Central .
